Target Participant Profile:
The Green Youth Upskilling Program is designed for candidates who fit the following criteria:
- Age: Between 20-35 years.
- Residence: Must be living in Lagos State.
§ Experience: While basic technical background or hands-on experience in solar power, electrical systems, mechanical work, waste management, or sustainable farming practices is beneficial, it is not required. The most important qualities are enthusiasm and commitment to learning.

Requirements for Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Hold Nigerian citizenship and fall within the designated age range.
- Have obtained at least a secondary school certificate (SSCE).
- Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for developing technical skills in the green economy sector.
- Commit to attending all program sessions, whether conducted in-person or online.
- Complete and submit all application materials by the specified deadline.
- Previous involvement in technical or environmental work (through volunteer activities, independent study, or informal employment) is considered favorable but not essential.

Application Process and Required Documents
Candidates need to provide:
- Completed application form.
- Current resume or single-page personal profile.
- Personal statement (maximum 300 words) addressing: § Motivation for participating in the Green Youth Upskilling Program.
- Previous involvement with technical or environmental work, if any (remember: prior experience is helpful but not required).
- Professional goals following program completion.
- Additional documentation is optional but recommended to demonstrate commitment and initiative, including informal or self-directed learning experiences (such as certificates from training courses, photographs of previous projects, or professional references).
